For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened intimate items (including thongs, bikini panties, boxer shorts, and socks) unless the item is faulty.
Bras may be tried on for fit. However, to qualify for a return, they must remain in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and completely free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume.

Purchased these in November 2025 (less than a year ago). Two of three pairs have runs and holes. I always wash on a gentle wool cycle with Woolite and air dry. I wear for multiple day before washing. Inexpensive cotton underwear last more than a year. I had higher expectations given the cost.

NEWCOMER TO WOOL BOXER BRIEFS IN A HOT & HUMID CLIMATE
Obviously wool is great in the cold, whether dry or wet, but I live where it’s hot (90+F) in the summers and humid (50+%) year round. I wanted to change my wardrobe over to ethical and sustainable textiles, and Menique solidly checked both boxes, so despite my uncertainty about how I’d fair in wool boxer briefs, I decided to take a chance. After a few weeks of summer use, here’s my thoughts if you’re in my situation:
1) Wait it out: these boxer briefs felt noticeably warmer and less soft than my cotton, bamboo, or poly at first, but my body seems to have adjusted and they seem to be breaking in nicely and definitely have a weird cooling effect (I’m guessing this is the thermo-regulating property of wool)
2) Don’t pull the legs down your thighs: my other boxer briefs ride up my thighs so I’m used to periodically adjusting them, but I discovered that these don’t need that and that if I mindlessly keep to old habits with the cut of these, I’ll end up chafing between my thigh and posterior; let these sit where they want to sit!
