A Gentle Note on Intimates & Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened intimate items (including thongs, bikini panties, boxer shorts, and socks) unless the item is faulty.
Bras may be tried on for fit. However, to qualify for a return, they must remain in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and completely free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume.
