4. Hips

Measure the fullest part of your hip, above your thighs, standing with your feet together.

5. Inseam

Made of 100% Merino wool, the fabric will embrace your skin giving it a light and soft touch while a simple and comfortable zipper will guard you from the unpleasant wind. One more reason to think about zip shirt is that you can more adapt to changing weather conditions. Zip up for added warmth at the start of the climb, and unzip as you work up a sweat. This classic zip turtleneck is crafted from midweight 250gsm and non-itchy Merino wool, perfect for colder weather and sensitive skin. Zip neck top front is slightly shorter than the back, giving the sweater a soft, flowing silhouette. Classic black color never poses too many questions – it matches all the colors.

Fabric construction: Interlock

Weight: Midweight, 250 g/m²

Made from midweight Merino wool in an interlock knit, this garment is more durable, stronger and warmer than lightweight layers. Ultra-soft (17.5–18.5 µm) and naturally insulating, it delivers extra-warm comfort while still staying breathable for all-day wear. Designed for colder conditions and lower-to-mid intensity activities, it’s ideal for winter layering, outdoor use, and everyday warmth.

Machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle and with similar colors. Do not tumble dry and make sure that when ironing you use a low temperature. Never use bleaches or softeners, and never dry the piece in direct sunlight. We recommend air-drying to extend the life of each product.

Wasnt sure if it would be worth $100+ but after a week in the mountains I'm sold. The 100% merino is way better than the blends you find at the big outdoor stores. No sheep smell even after wearing it for two days straight. The fit is regular but slim enough that it doesn't bunch up under a shell jacket. If your on the fence about the price just do it, your skin will thank you when you aren't carrying 5 extra layers

Bought this for my husband as he is more of a sporty guy and it is hard for him to dress a bit more casual-y when we go out. This shirt is perfect, cause he loves to wear it, and I enjoy that he doesn't look homeless when we go out anymore lol. It looks very expensive and the black is a true deep black, hasn't faded in the wash yet. Menique has become my go-to for his birthday gifts. Fast shipping to the US too!

Great fit. I took the XL and it is long enough in the sleeves which is usually a problem for me. material is super soft and not itchy at all. shipping was fast but the box got a bit beat up in the mail. top was fine though. will prob get another one if they offer new colors.

I usually wear heavy cotton hoodies for hiking but they just get soaked with sweat and then you freeze. Tried the merino zip neck on a whim and man what a difference. It wicks everything away and even if you get a bit damp it still stays warm. The black looks sharp enough that I can wear it into town after a hike without looking like I just crawled out of the woods.

love the top but word of advice... FOLLOW THE WASHING LABELS. my wife put mine in a hot wash by accident and it shrunk just enough to be annoying. i bought a second one because i liked it so much but yeah... cold water only guys. otherwise its the best layer i own. super soft and doesn't get that weird static electricity feeling like the polyester ones do.
